Selling

Selling scrap: before the pickup

  1. Step 1: Take a photo

    Open Sell, point your camera at the scrap and take a few photos. The app recognises the material and shows an estimate.

  2. Step 2: Publish your listing

    Check the material, weight and price per kg, add your area and publish. Or schedule it for later.

  3. Step 3: Answer offers

    Buyers send offers. Accept, counter or decline, and agree the details in the chat.

  4. Step 4: Agree a pickup time

    Propose or accept a time slot. On the day, follow the buyer on the map.

Selling

Selling scrap: on pickup day

  1. Step 1: Weigh together

    The buyer weighs the scrap with you and records the weight and scale with photos.

  2. Step 2: Check the final price

    The final weight and price come to you to confirm. Nothing is final until you agree.

  3. Step 3: Get paid

    The buyer pays you directly: cash, JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer. Check the money has arrived.

  4. Step 4: Confirm and rate

    Confirm the deal, get a receipt, and rate the buyer.

Buying

Buying scrap

  1. Step 1: Find scrap

    Browse the marketplace by material, price per kg and distance, or save a search for alerts.

  2. Step 2: Make an offer

    Offer a price per kg and a weight, or bid in an auction for bigger lots.

  3. Step 3: Collect

    Go at the agreed time and share your location on the way so the seller knows when you'll arrive.

  4. Step 4: Weigh, pay, confirm

    Weigh with the seller, record it with photos, pay them, and send the final terms to confirm.

Questions about how it works

How long does it take to sell?
Listing takes about a minute. How quickly offers arrive depends on your area and the material. Clear photos and a fair asking price help.
What if the buyer's weight is different from mine?
You see the final weight and the scale photo before you confirm. If you don't agree, don't confirm: talk it through in the chat, or cancel. After a deal, you can open a dispute within 7 days.
Who pays for transport?
The buyer comes to you. Any transport arrangement is part of the deal you agree in the chat.
Can I sell without the app?
Yes. Everything works in the web app in any browser. Get the Android app for the camera estimate and live pickups on the go.
