Delete your account or data

1. Sign in to the Android app or the web app.
2. Open Settings, then Privacy and data.
3. Choose Delete my data or Delete my account, and confirm.

Can't sign in? Email support@ubaidbinwaris.com from the address on your account, with "Delete my account" in the subject.

You can also download your data from the same page before you delete anything.

• Your photo, phone number, location, saved searches, saved places and scan history are deleted.
• Photos and voice notes you sent in chats are removed.
• Your account stays open, with your name and email, so you can keep using it.

• You are signed out on every device and can no longer sign in.
• Your name, email, phone, photo and other personal details are removed or anonymised.
• Your listings are taken down. Open offers, auctions and pickups are closed, and the other people are told.

Records of completed deals (the weight, price and date) are kept, without your personal details, because the other person in each deal relies on them and we may need them for disputes, fraud prevention and legal obligations. The text of chat messages stays in the other person's conversation. Safety reports and moderation decisions are kept as long as needed to protect the community.

A member of our team completes each request; we aim to do this within 30 days. You can follow the request's status on the same page, and cancel it while it is pending. See also our privacy policy.
